Confused why all my software converted to Trial

I have my own paid subscription to the Creative Cloud but logged in several weeks ago and unexpectedly was presented with the option of signing in with my company. I declined because, even though I have an email account associated with this company, I am paying for the subscription myself. By declining I somehow ended up with all trial software. How can I get my own account back?

Jsmith, does the organization that you work for also manage the computer that you are using your Individual Creative Cloud membership on? If so, then please get in touch with them for assistance. They may have blocked access or made other changes that you will be unable to resolve.

If you have unrestricted access to the computer and network you are using, then see https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html.

If you plan to continue using an individual membership, I would strongly recommend you change the e-mail address associated with the account, Jsmith. Please bookmark https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/fix-error-adobe-id-email-change.html for information on switching to a personal e-mail address.
