Corporate license full, after machine upgrade to Windows 7

Hello,

We had a computer upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7. (Physicallty it stayed the same)

But we did not deactivate the license before removing XP, how can we deactivate this now?

Have called to local number, have been on the chat but found no way to deal with my problem.

As we have a user that eneds Adobe Illustrator and now can only use a trail of 30 days.

Is there no way to remove the machine from the key, and if so how.

After sending yet another message no response again, is there nothing we can do about this?

-Been on the Phone

-Chat

-Forums

-Send a private Message (which does not turn up anywhere in the system)

-Send a direct e-mail

What more do i need to do to get some help, it has been 3 weeks now.

I try to be patient and wait for a response but this is not good as in a few days the trail will run out and the program can not be start anymore.
