I am a pretty basic designer, and I do mainly party flyers, but I want to take it to a much more advanced level, and I can't find any matching course... I am not looking for a course for making party flyers obviously, But something that can help, like photo manipulation and unfortunately I don't know what else to call it other than Digital Art. Any suggestions for any free course?
BTW I am looking to learn something like this

I agree. I think Lynda.com is one of the best training sites out there. It's not free, but it is really reasonable.
Have you tried a search on google for your topic? I typed in photo manipulation tutorials and there were quite a number of options.
I've also found some really great FREE training right on Adobe's site. It has videos on how to use tools, create looks, etc. Check out the following link:

I can't seem to find the right courses on Lynda since theres thousands... And as I said, I am looking to design things like this

You can't start with designs like that! You first need to learn the basics. I've looked into the start of that so called tutorial and I found that I could do that, because I know the tools. A correct tutorial would explain step by step the tool to use and why using this tool.
You need to look either on Adobe TV or YouTube or Vimeo or similar for free tutorials or you buy the Lynda.com (linkedin learning) courses. As you correctly said, there are thousands of courses on Lynda.com, but all have a certain level and are treating different aspects of the software. After watching several hours and trying out the exercises, you will be able to create exceptional artwork.
BTW: I found it easier to create my own style then to copy someone others style. I normally take inspiration from the great artists, but I won't try to recreate their art.
However there are a lot of good tutorials around to show you how to create bevels on text and graphics, to blend layers and to deform geometries. You shouldn't try to do the big picture but first learn the small steps.

I am not looking to do the same exact design, but I need to learn how to do design for party flyers better, do you have any courses on Lynda you think can help me? I have quite a bit of experience with PS, I will provide you with some designs I made.

In order to improve, you need to work on improving all aspects possible. This includes fine tuning techniques you would normally never use. I suggest taking every course you can from Lynda: Online Courses, Classes, Training, Tutorials or https://www.udemy.com/courses/design/

There are as many ways to manipulate photos as there are colors. It all depends on what you want to do. For example, a Google search for Photoshop Retouching brings up a lot of free tutorials on color adjustments, smoothing skin, removing blemishes, adding complimentary colors, etc...

Lynda.com IS a great resource, but like Nancy has mentioned, there are a ton of other resources out there. I think in order to do what you are trying to do, your best bet is to soak up as knowledge as you can and then apply that newfound knowledge in your own way. That means not necessarily only watching tutorials about making flyers, but others as well!

Ofcourse I watched much more tutorials, the thing is I don't know what to search, as I don't know what it's all called. Thats why I came here so everybody can help me on searching the stuff I'm looking for.

It's hard for us to guess what you're looking for. You need to tell us what you want to do that you cannot already do in PS.

Is there any courses you can recommend to master Photoshop? Photo Manipulation and Graphic design mainly. I have subscribed to Lynda.

For photo manipulation you might also look into Phlearn. I think what Nancy is saying is that the world of Photoshop and graphic design can be quite broad and while we can all try to give suggestions, it's difficult to do so without really knowing what you are trying to do. If your goal is to master Photoshop, I would say your best bet is to just do whichever tutorials you can get your hands on. A large part of mastering a program is spending time with it and even reviewing things you already know!

Graphic design is to broad. Narrow your goals a bit and you'll have an easier time finding exactly what you want. You could easily spend a week or more just on typography or color theory which are essential in graphic design.

Here is another option for some courses in Graphic Design. The link below will take you to HOW Design University and a page full of some classes that focus specifically on various aspects of design. They have several to choose from and while they are not free. HOW has a good reputation for staying on top of contemporary design.

Here ia another link that lists all of their online courses:

Hope that gives you some good information to look at!

I forgot to mention, when you are searching on Lynda. com, you can look for a topic like "retouching" or the version of PS that you are running like "Photoshop CC2017" and the website will bring up all the options associated with your search parameter. If you are using PS2017, spend your time learning that version of the software, not one of the older versions.
Searching by topic will give you a lot to choose from. I usually spend some time searching and saving them to my library so I have everything I want to learn in one place. Then go back and start watching what I've chosen.
Let us know if you have any other questions! Have fun searching!

Adobe Generation Professional and the Adobe Education Exchange offers free courses.
Also YouTube is full of tutorials. Some artists also share their process or workflow on their Behance pages.
Then there are tutorials all over the web...... So Google can be a good friend.
Lynda.com also has a wealth of tutorials and even LinkedIn when you go premium. Also look for courses where you live. Or if you know an artist in your area, ask them to give you a lesson.

There are also Creative Professional courses on Pluralsight.com. You can get a free trial for 10 days/200 hours.
My course, Illustrator CC Creating a Poster, might help--although it's for Illustrator and not Photoshop. However, there are other courses for Adobe products and creative techniques you could try.
