Hallo,

I bought Lightroom 6, cca month ago. Every single day, after I start my computer, Creative Cloud crashes and I must reinstall it and again and again set serial number.

I am really not ok with that style of Lightroom use.

I tried to install Creative Cloud first, next time I tried Lightroom first. I tried to instal Lightroom 6 and CC too.

Please, what can I do to use Lightroom correctly?

Thanks ...

Hi evab87443029,

I understand that you are not able to use your Adobe product because you keep getting an error for Creative Cloud Desktop app. Please refer the below link.

Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve this problem, is missing or damaged

Hi,

thanks for answer. I did that every day - reinstall or repair Creative Cloud. But next day there is a problem again.
