Creative cloud is damaged - I did the repair several times.
I also did a full uninstall of creative cloud and then downloaded and reinstalled it.
The issues always remains. It runs perhaps 5 -15 minutes and restarts.
Because of these I can never get updates.
PS or LR updates start to download and almost never finish finish before creative cloud restarts and then PS update has to start all over.
I went to the help desk a few months back and the tech, manually downloaded a PS update and applied it.
The fundamental problem remains. I can't get consistent updates without some intervention.
Went back on line today as both LR and PS are now dated and saw no way to activate the help chat.
Only option presented was this Forum.
So here I am. Please reply.

Hi,
Quit All Apps and Adobe processes from task manager .
Delete these folders :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore
C:\Users\<your name>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
C:\Users\<your name>\<votre nom>\AppData\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater
install creative cloud desktop again
