Creative Cloud damaged

Hallo,

after some failed attemps with all utilities send me to Adobe Support, i can't access in CC Cloud consolle.

This is what happen when try to login

Creative Cloud not install or damaged.

I try to unistall, install again all programs and this alarm is back again.

I need help for fix this problem.

just try this (suggest by Adobe Specialist Kathy)

the results it's the same

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 3 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

I'm sorry,

try to insert for three times user and password after your suggest (clean and reinstall all programs)

Error is back again

About this request we find cause of CC don't work.

Please, check document attached, i hope to helpful who have same problem.
