Creative Cloud Desktop App

Folks, think about this for a second...

Why would it be so hard to find this app, especially if we don't know what it's called?

Why would it NOT be in the downloadable DESKTOP APPS list?

Why would it not be FIRST on that list?

Why would it not offer this app when downloading ANY of the other items?

Is there anything about any of this that makes sense to anyone?

Frustrating...

Yeah - thanks.  I guess for people searching this would be the correct answer, but since I actually had already found my way to the solution and didn't ask "where" the file was, my question was for someone to explain the logic behind the decision to leave out a way to download this file from within every one of the very most obvious places.
