Creative Cloud Desktop not working?

I can't download any updates or apps because it all goes through Creative Cloud. When I open creative cloud I see the spinning loading bar on the window, and the the spinning bar goes away

and its just a blank window. Just...blank.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Please help. It was working months ago, I've been so into After Effects (learning) that I haven't realized.

My operating system is Windows 8, 64 bit.

Delete the opm.db file.

  1. Close the Creative Cloud application if it's running. 
  2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
     
  3. Rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db 
  4. Launch Creative Cloud
