Creative Cloud exit code 160 while updating photoshop cc 2017

I found this post: error code 160 'CreateRegistryKeyCommand' but it is not helping enough because I'm still getting access is denied while modifying register permissions, and I am running as administrator.

I'm under windows 10 64 bits, I'm using an student account.

Hi,

You need to delete this key : HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\Photoshop.exe

But before you need to give full permissions to the concerned key as explained here :
