Things to do
Admins: Manage your Creative Cloud for teams membership
- For tracking the users and seats in the account
• www.adobe.com > sign in > Click Manage Team. Here, you can access All licenses, Active users, Pending users and Unassigned licenses
• Accordingly assign, unassign, revoke invite, resend invite to the users
- For adding a Secondary Admins
Under the “Admin tools”, click “Administrators” tab: From here, primary admin can add more secondary admins to the account
- For changing the Primary Admin
Navigate to www.adobe.com > sign in > click Manage Team > Under “Admin tools”, click “Administrators” tab > click Change
- For updating the credit card details:
- Open www.adobe.com > sign in > click "Manage Account”
- On the next page click "Plans and Products"
- Click "Manage Plan" under "Creative Cloud for team”
- On the next page, scroll down and click "Edit payment details" under "Payment details”
- It will populate the credit card details > Change and update the new credit card details
Users:
- Accept invite that you will receive in email once admin assigns you a seat in the account
- Users will need a password to accept the invite and for which, their email id has to be registered with Adobe. Use the following steps for registration:
• Open www.adobe.com
• Click the sign in tab at top right corner
• On the sign in windows, just below sign in tab, click “Get an Adobe id”
• Enter your details, set a password and get registered

- Download and install the CC desktop app from http://www.adobe.com/in/creativecloud/desktop-app.html
- Once the CC desktop app is installed, sign in to it with the email id that is added to the account by admin
- You can use CC desktop app for installing all/any Creative cloud apps
Things not to do
- Below are the things which shouldn’t be tried by the admins and need to contact Adobe support for them
• Complete or partial cancellation of the Creative Cloud team accounts
• Change of team/organization name
- Users shouldn’t be signed in with the admin’s email id to the CC desktop app
- Storage space can’t be revised beyond 100 GB and 20 GB in case of all apps and single app subs
- With a seat assigned to a user, apps can’t be used simultaneously on two devices
- Users don’t get the “manage team” option in their Adobe account and also can’t assign/unassign the seats
Policy Violation
- The Adobe communities often consist of users who expect a certain degree of courtesy and professionalism. You must use the Services responsibly
- A user can max install the apps on two machines but will be able to use them on a single machine at a time

- You shouldn’t misuse the service, software. For example, you must not:
• Copy, modify, sub license, or resell the Services, Software, or content
• Enable or allow others to use the Service, Software, or content using your account information
- Admins shouldn’t access the user’s account, libraries and cloud storage in their absence
- On successful cancellation of the CC account within 14 days of purchase, you get a full refund. Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is nonrefundable
