I have received this link from one of your consultants to open the Creative Cloud Installer.

When i enter ADOBE.COM link i get to the home page of Adobe.

Please furnish me with the path step by step (that is the options I must click on) in order to get to the Creative Cloud Generator link. Thanks

HOW TO GET THE CREATIVE CLOUD GENERATOR, (in order to simplify downloads)

The should be a option on the home page under SUPPORT, ( in top tab option and below in Taskbar?)

Download and install using the Creative Cloud Installer.

On a Mac:
The name of the downloaded file is _Installer.dmg.
