Hello,
Trying to move my adobe apps from the primary disk to the secondary ones, i uninstalled and installed the creative cloud a couple of times (before i realized there was the window for that..).
So, with my creative cloud on the primary computer (cus that was the default option with no chance of telling the installer otherwise) and photoshop and after effects on the secondary, i worked a bit and turned off the computer. Now I turned it on again to find out that the creative cloud is apparently gone from my computer: I cant find it in the program menu, but it's present in the programs window to uninstall it.
I tried uninstalling it but it says that there are programs that need it to work properly; i then tried to uninstall photoshop and after effects, but i can't because of "error 1". Error 1 is, according to the website, a generic error and the answer is to uninstall the programs.
Please, let me know what I can do! I need to install Animate soon for an upcoming job 😕 thanks

uninstall everything cc, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
lastly uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud using compatibility mode (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb456979.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396)
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

thank you for your answer, but I cant even perform step one because:
a) i dont have creative cloud on my computer
b) i cant uninstall the apps from the "uninstall programs" windows because of an error message

Run the CC cleaner tool. This will remove all remnants of CC on your system including supporting files. Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
Even if you think you have gotten rid of everything (or it is gone) please run this first then try reinstalling after a restart.
