I want to reinstall my adobe creative cloud on my laptop that has been reinstalled to factory settings. The code boxes won't accept my code because i used it for the first installation on my laptop. Does somebody know how to solve this issue?

Manage Account the SJReigel referred to is found by clicking the Options button (gear).

You might also go to Preferences and Sign Out, then Sign In again with the same Adobe ID you paid with.

The code, having been redeemed, should not be needed again. Go to Adobe.com and log in with your AdobeID. Once in, you should have the option to download and use the software.

Also, under Manage Account > Manage Plan you can see a list of Activated devices, and you can click to deactivate the one that you are no longer using.

It still doesn't work.

I get the trail version of the apps instead of full acces to all my apps.

It seems if adobe doesn't reconize my licence.

Have you looked at the Manage Plan screen (found under Manage Account)? It will show you the current status of your plan. If all is fine there, then a call or chat with customer service or support may be in order.
