Creative Cloud is taking longer than usual to load. Relaunch Creative Cloud or restart or try again.

I have spent hours trying to launch CC and nothing works. I'm using Mac- OS Mojave 10.14.6 and tried uninstalling and I couldn't, I've tried a repair, nothing happens. This is ridiculous and I have work to complete. Please fix this issue immediately!
