I received a year complimentary subscription to the Creative Cloud as a Max 2011 attendee. I received my promotional code and instructions from Adobe. I went through all the steps in the email and have installed Flash, Illustrator, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, and Premiere. On startup, all ask me if I wish to continue using them as a trial (this was the first install for the CS6 versions). The two options I'm given are Continue Trial and License this Software. If I tell it to license, the next screen shows that my Adobe ID is already input. If I click the button to Sign In, the next screen asks for a serial number - something I haven't received and can't find on the Creative Cloud site or on my Adobe account.

I have tried two solutions I found in these forums - 1. delete the cache.db file in the Adobe PCD folder. 2. change the Adobe Application Manager prefs to English (International). Neither have worked.

I am running is OSX v10.6.3

Get in touch with support. You may simply have received an invalid CCM code. You can also verify this on your account under My Subscriptions.

Thia has also happened to me. How do I contact support easily? I can't find a direct link. Beth
