Does anyone know how to save images/files properly from Creative Cloud mobile to your phone (android?)
I was an iPhone user an made a switch to Android recently. When using the Creative Cloud Mobile App on iPhone, it was very easy to find and use my images after saving/downloading them from Creative Cloud to my phone.
When using my Android Galaxy S10+, I'm finding it VERY difficult to to save and use my images as background wallpapers. It gives me an option to Save File to Device when I'm on the CC Mobile App. Once finished downloaded to my device (phone), nothing shows up in my gallery. I go to My Files folder on my phone and done see the images in the Downloaded folder. Except, it's in a folder within a folder within a folder, and im only able to view the details of that image/file.

Please explain a little more about your workflow. For example, are you saving images to your CC Library and synching? Or perhaps you're using a native phone app to open image files, if so which one?

BEFORE
When I was using iPhone:
I edit a photo in Photoshop and save as a JPG file.
I upload that JPG file to a folder on my Adobe Creative Cloud (on desktop/laptop).
>>I go to my iPhone, open up the Creative Cloud Mobile App and I go to the folder I uploaded the JPG file to view my photo.
>>After locating that photo (the JPG file), I would download it and it would appear in my Camera Roll.
NOW
When using Android:
I edit a photo in Photoshop and save as a JPG file.
I upload that JPG file to a folder on my Adobe Creative Cloud (on desktop/laptop).
>>I go to my Android (Samsung Galaxy S10+), open Creative Cloud Mobile App and I go to the folder I uploaded the JPG file to view my photo.
>>After locating that photo (the JPG file), I would download it and sometimes it would appear in my Gallery, but most of the time it doesn't show up there.
>>I got to my Downloads folder in my storage on my phone and the photos/files were in a separate folder titled Creative Cloud.
>>Not all the files in that folder doesn't give me the option to save the photo/file to my Device(my phone), only a few. The rest, it only allows me to view the Details and Share it, nothing else.
Does this help.?
