Hi all,
Just purchased creative cloud and have downloaded the app to my windows desktop.
The app opens and freezed immediately. I dont get the spinning wheel but a frozen one.
Once I got as far as login and it then crashed.
I spend two hours earlier on chat and even shared my desktop. They decided it was an administration problem and activated the main administrator on my pc using cmnd.
He eventually got it to show the install buttons but since that conversation even that has failed.
Any help appreciated. One of my attempts using the guide was to delete older CS versions so now I have no photoshop and need it back for my day to day work.

Danny, can you please post a snapshot of the Creative cloud desktop application which you get on launching it?

Dannyc34543779 were you able to locate the OOBE folder successfully? Also to confirm you have completed all of the steps listed in http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/failed-install-creative-cloud-desktop.html?
