Creative Cloud not recognising OS version

When attempting to install apps, Creative Cloud states that my operating system in incompatible. An error pops up stating that I need Windows 10 (Version 1903 or later). I have Windows 21H1, so I believe this is incorrect.

 

I have uninstalled Creative Cloud using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, and reinstalled it, but this problem remains. I have also ensured Windows is fully up to date. 

 

Any help would be much appreciated,

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
