I'm on a 2015 iMac running MacOS Monterey. For the past couple of months, every time I boot the iMac, I get a pop-up saying "Creative Cloud quit unexpectedly." I'm not sure if this is an Adobe issue or a MacOS issue. After dismissing the pop-up, all my Adobe apps seem to run fine.
I contacted support and an Adobe tech remotely accessed my machine. He made some changes to the admin priviledges for Creative Cloud, but the problem persists.
Anyone have a similar problem?
rats. then it becomes more time-consuming to fix that error.
try to repair - https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html
if that fails go ahead and uninstall using the correct uninstaller from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging and then reinstall
if that fails, do a clean cc install following each applicable step:
uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

reset the cc desktop app: make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

Ugh... I guess I'm going to live with the annoyance for now. Except for the pop-up notification, all the apps appears to work.

no need to fix it until you need an update or you need to sign in.
