Kindly let us know if you are using the steps listed in the following help document to download and install Adobe Creative Cloud app: Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps.

It would be helpful if you could also confirm that your anti-virus definitions are up to date and which version of the anti-virus you are using.
