creative cloud shows I have 2 updates - 1.photoshop cc 2015 & 2. lightroom cc 2015. when I attempt to do this it asks for my password and then rejects it. I quite clearly know it 'cos I'm logged in here with it. The reminder is provided me with reminds me that it is the correct one but not being accepted and so not allowing me the updates. Can't find anywhere to get help from Adobe other than connecting to a forum and asking. Anyone else got this problem and how do I resolve it please? Thanks, Tom
Remember that the password that ask, it NOT the Creative Cloud or Adobe ID, it;s the user of the computer, plus you need to be and admin to install updates.

Close Photoshop & Lightroom.
Launch your Creative Cloud Desktop App.
Under Apps, click Update All.
