my creative cloud software says my free trial has expired, but I have a paid subscription and money was taken out of my account so I know it is paid. help!
If you use Photoshop at all, you may need to install the latest update to resolve this issue. See this blog post for more information:
http://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/2013/01/photoshop-13-0-413-1-2-updat es-now-available.html
If you do not have Photoshop, then try the solution that others have mentioned previously:

I have already reinstalled twice. I am using this software for school, and don't have the time to keep messing with my subscription. I just updated and got the message again.

Hi guys, i have try every way to solve this problem on my windows (host stuff, delete opm.db, CC Cleaner and contact the customer service, which they blame their servers).
For the Host: i don't have any adobe lines in there. Just the old localhost.
For the opm.db: well, i deleted, and still not work.
For the CC Cleaner: it appears some entrys do not have been fully deleted, i don't know if was because of this my problem persists, i'm really think to format my machine to see if works, but this is my last resort.
I'm really, really, VERY DISAPPOINTED with Adobe for all of this. This is something who is supposedly to be simple.
I had a job to do. Really need help from you guys. I hope some adobe manager read this and enter in contact directly with me, as i hope for you who the problem still persists.

Hi guys, I HAVE SOLVED MY PROBLEM in a different way but going in the same direction (yes, like this).
I use a windows, so a friend of mine suggested that i opened the REGEDIT and delete all adobe entries. Before this unnistall all programs, even creative cloud manager.
This was hard, pretty hard, but i have won.
Good luck to everyone!

It's 2016 and this stupid problem is still happening! Work it out Adobe! We are paying..
We are users using your trial, the trial expires, we purchase, we try to license the product, we sign in and it tells us that there is "No subscription found".
When I go to the website it says I am subscribed! Gahhh?! But the trial Expired message on CC App persists.
I've restarted Creative Cloud, I've re-installed said expired apps, PS, Illustrator and DW, still nothing?

And Adobe wonders why people PIRATE their software...
It's because it works, and doesn't stop working in the middle of a project the night before a deadline is due.
This is ridiculous.

The date is April 28, 2016.
I paid for a subscription to Adobe Premiere Pro 1 month ago.
My account was charged 1 month ago.
Today my account has been charged a second time, only to find a message saying my Trial Period has expired.
And now I can't get into Adobe Premiere at all!!
What have I been paying for??????
I've got a project that is supposed to be finished for a client by tomorrow morning and all Adobe offices are closed for the day and I can't get any help on this matter at the moment. I've gone through every message here in this thread in desperation to try and figure out how I can simply get back into my project I need to finish, and NOTHING is working for me.
I am NOT happy right now, to say the least!!!!
Adobe....... if you are reading this............. do you understand this is a HORRIBLE issue to have with people who's businesses rely on being able to use your "application" that is only available through your "cloud"????? I would think you would understand this by now and would be sensitive to a serious issue like this.
I cannot believe how frustrating this is right now and am VERY nervous about trying to explain this to my client. This is very bad.
I am going to be calling Adobe first thing in the morning and can only hope this will get fixed for me ASAP.

Several people in my office can't get in and Adobe is not responding to emails ...
We all have expired licenses yet 1 person doesn't ... We pay as an organization.
Note:
- I haven't tried uninstalling
- My host file never had those entries shown above (I edit it weekly)

It's been over 24hrs after I have received the order confirmation email for the annual subscription of CC, under the Plans and Products of my Adobe account it still says "You have no registered products". I logged in on CC and both PS and LR are running in trial mode, under the help tab I can see my log in account email. Basically tried all solutions I can find including clearing the host, uninstalling all things adobe including acrobat reader, deleting all things adobe under regedit and it doesn't change a thing. I have now spent over 6 hrs of my life researching and trying to service a paid product which I had the assumption that it is bug free.

I am going absolutely crazy. I have wiped the hosts file, reinstalled Adobe CC after running the cleaner app, killed the slcache directory, rebooted several times, tried killing my firewall, jumped on my head while reciting magical chants - all with no luck. I have a paid up annual subscription. I don't know what to do. I'm out of options. Adobe, fix your licencing. This is ridiculous.

Had Adobe remote technical support look at the PC. They advised that files under SLStore and SLCache were "troubling". While I concur with Adobe that this exercise has had deep emotional ramifications - one can only assume they are referring to technical, not emotional troubles.
Well that's a day of my life I won't be getting back although I am grateful to Adobe technical support.

Hi,
I know this post is from 2013 but this has now happened to me, I have Dreamer, Photoshop etc they all work, just Illustrator that displays "Buy Now" after I updated to the latest versions of all of them?
I need this fixed, I am a small clothing company & need to access my files to print on my clothing. Hugely irritating. I can't use Adobe Suite if this is going have issues like this.

my lightroom has done this today and I need to use this program! My subscription is up to date and all, i had remote share support helping me this morning, but I panicked when they wanted to turn my firewall off so I closed the remote access to my computer. I managed to then reinstall creative cloud, photoshop and lightroom myself, only to have gone back full circle and lightroom again saying trial expired! i need to use this program! Photoshop is fine but lightroom is not! I have 700 images I need to get on with editing!

I know this is from awhile ago but i have a shared account with a friend who is paying for after effects for one year and it has not expired yet. When i go onto creative cloud, it say trial expired and then i click on it and the thing that usually comes up when your trial expires won't load completely so i can't say "license this software" because it comes up and disappears again. My friend is not experiencing this problem but i am. I tried reinstalling it and that did nothing. I have tried everything i can and have asked many people that are good with technology that i know and they don't even understand. Please answer i really want to use after effects again.
