I have creative cloud. I unistalled all apps and creative cloud will not uninstall. There was an issue years ago with premeire not working properly. Someone from Adobe remote accesed my pc to fix it. He created a whole new Adobe_Old file system and creative cloud created a new Adobe file system. Today when trying to uninstall premeire, it was having issues. Just kept saying "waiting". Eventually I got both instances of premiere to uninstall. Yes there were two somehow, probably from that guy screwing up the whole thing when trying to fix it. But even after premiere was uninstalled creative cloud will not unistall, saying I have apps installed still. In the file system, C>user>myname>appdata>roaming, there are still the Adobe and Adobe_Old files still contain premiere pro files in them that will not delete. If I try to delete them, my pc will say that they are no longer there but yet there they are. So the file system look like this, appdata>roaming>Adobe>Premiere Pro>13.0>Headless. The same for Adoble_Old just version 12.0. Both headless files contain nothing. I've deleted anything else that I could, except those. Now Adobe will not talk to me because I don't have an overpriced pos plan like I used to and the AI assistant on the website in very dumb. Ask it about unistalling and it comes back with installing... So what do I do from here?

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
