How do you activate Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium?

When I try to activate is just says "We are contacting Adobe to activate this copy of Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium but never connects. I am a designer and need to use the product today and can't activate.

Is there a phone number I can call?
