CreativeCloud App empty

Hello ,

after installing Creative Cloud App , I get a new Icon on the Menu Bar (Mac).

To klick on this Icon, I get a window, but it is empty and only to see a loading bar.

and Also try :-Black Screen at Sign-in | Creative Cloud Desktop app
