CS2 download issues

Community Beginner ,
May 30, 2014 May 30, 2014

Hi, All,

I am trying to install my old version of CS2 on a new laptop.  When I head to the download site (Adobe - CS2 Downloads), I am prompted to enter my e-mail and password for Adobe.  Upon doing this, a new screen loads (see screenshot), and then the page refreshes to bring me back to the login page.  I can keep entering my user / pass as many times as I want, and still nothing loads after I sign in.

Additionally, if I sign in and head to that page, my browser will basically get stuck in an infinite loop and keep refreshing.  I have tried this with Firefox, IE, and chrome.  Any suggestions?

Many thanks!

Screenshot:  You can see that I am logged in, but this page will basically keep refreshing itself and never actually load.

I ended up creating a new Adobe ID and was able to get the download links to appear.  To be honest, I'm not really sure what the issue was with my old Adobe ID (I also tried all of your suggestions), but at least something worked!

I do appreciate you taking the time to offer suggestions!

Thanks for your reply.  I do start there, but when I click on the "English" download link, I am prompted to log in.  After I enter my user / pass, I am brought to the screen shown above, which continuously refreshes, and never displays any content.

make sure your account is ok (including your birthdate and country), https://www.adobe.com/account.html

also, clear your browser's cache and clear your adobe.com cookies and retry.
