CS3

Hello.  I purchased CS3 a while ago and have used it off of my external hard drive since.  I recently moved and purchased a new computer.  After attaching the external hard drive to use CS3, it says I need to reinstall the product.  Unfortunatly, the software is somewhere in storage because I didn't think I would need it.  I have my serial number registered with Adobe, I need a solution.  Please help!

If you have registered your software with Adobe, you should have the download link in your Adobe account. If you have not registered your software, please contact customer support for help (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/). Just to clarify, I purchased a hard copy of this product.  I did not purchase from the site itself, but the product is registered on the site

Are you referring to the DVD when you say hard copy? In that case, I'd advise you to get in touch with customer support.
