CS4 startup file corrupted

I had a HDD crash due to a power outage and have a new HDD.  When I tried to install CS4 it went about halfway and then told me all was OK except CS4.  I said Quit and went and uninstalled the recovered version.  On restarting the process, the setup file logo has disappeared, although I can see it in finder as a grey box but it will not start.  Can I download a replacement setup file for CS4 from anywhere?  I am using the DVDs.  iMac 2.8 GHz running OS 10.6
