cs5 design premium wont install

This is for my Computer literature class. We've tried to install (from the disk and from the computer itself as an executable file) CS5 design Premium several times now on a couple different PC's. Both are currently running windows 8, one however is a fresh copy, but has all windows and program updates, both recommended and optional. The other is my teachers personal desktop, that had CS5 originally on it, but we deleted it to test the install on a familiar computer. As soon as you get through the set up options and tabs and on to the actual file download part, it will start to download the first file, then fail and say errors like, "The payload is not supported" and similar dialogue. This is really important and needed resolved quickly, any help out there???

uninstall, don't delete.

at this point, clean Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6

then try reinstalling using installation files in a desktop directory.

if you see an error message in english, attach a screenshot of it.

CCleaner ran, however error report still pooped up, screen shot included.

Image might be blurry, its a long list of errors.
