I have used App Cleaner to remove the old versions of the CS6 suite ... and they're still showing up in the CC manager after I have installed the CC versions of the apps. So now I have double the apps listed in the installed panel of the menu bar app.
Any way to remove these old versions completely to get them to disappear?
Thanks!

Hi Hailodave,
What is your Operating System ?
Did you ran the Cleaner tool to remove the CS6 directly or did you uninstalled the CS6 apps properly before through there uninstaller ?
Thanks,

Thanks for the quick response.
Well , I ran the Creative Cloud Application Manager. It then showed the new apps. I installed Photoshop and Illustrator CC. I expected them to overwrite / upgrade CS6 I guess. When the process was done, I closed everything down and ran the app cleaner on all the CS6 apps. But they're still showing in the CC manager.
Could you tell me which folders to remove to get rid of all old CS6 stuff? Thanks!

The CC application do not overwrite / upgrade CS6 application already installed on the computer.
They get installed as the seperate applications.
In order to remove CS6 applications you need to run the Uninstaller for the CS6 application that can be found as stated below :-
Windows :- Add and Remove Programs in Control Panel
Mac :- Mac HD\Applications\Utilities\Adobe Installers
Run the uninstaller first and then the Cleaner tool.
If this doesn't help then please let us know your operating system.

Just to add to the suggestions that Manish gave, remove the Creative Cloud desktop app using this Adobe Creative Cloud cleaner tool(http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and then rename the below mentioned folders
On MAC:
/Application/utilities/Adobe Application Manager/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
On Windows:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE (on 64 bit OS) or
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE (on 32 bit OS)
C:\Users\(User_name)\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Then login to creative.adobe.com and download the Creative Cloud desktop app and check.
