CS6 Design and Web Premium - Error Signing (for security reason your access was temporarily disable)

Hi,

 

i'm new in this forum community just get this link community from adobe virtual assistant support.

i need a help with Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium. 

 

Do the re-installation software, the sign in required. after signing my adobe id and password the error was:

"Try again Later" for security reasons your access was temporarily disable.

from my adobe account, i can still login from the web.

that's not part of the normal installation process for cs6 on a clean computer. specifically that sign-in prompt indicates adobe cc is or was installed on that computer which is probably going to complicate your cs6 installation.

 

the one exception to that complication is if you have a current all apps subscription and don't mind having your cs6 be part of that subscription.

 

so, do you have an all apps subscription?

Which operating system?

 

CS6 is 10+ year old software that was built for older computers and operating systems. It's discontinued & unsupported which is why the virtual assistant sent you to this user-to-user community.

 

If you have a paid Creative Cloud ALL APPS plan, I recommend that you use it instead of legacy CS6.  CC software is better and best of all it's updated regularly to remain compatible with new computers.
