CS6 is downloaded on two computers, but not all programs work on both computers

The CS6 (academic version for Windows) was installed on my computer and my colleague's, so we both can work at different times in the same files.

InDesign works on my computer, but not on hers. It freezes the minute she opens it.

On my computer, Acrobat refuses to open, but on her computer, it works fine.

Same happens with Photoshop. This program opens on my computer, but not on hers.

What can be the problem here?

Without knowing exact system details of both systems and possibly crash details from the Event Viewer nobody can say.

Tell me what you want to know... I'm afraid I can't deliver crash details, because I don't get any error on my computer, only nothing happens when I click on pdf-files or the Acrobat program itself.

My colleague got the following error when opening Photoshop (sorry, in dutch), it seems she hasn't got enough rights?

Use Start --> All programs --> Utilities --> System info to provide computer specs. Dutch is not a problem. As a German I) understand it well enough. For the PDF issue I suspect that your security software may be blocking operations that relate to PDF files since they could potentially carry malware, including stopping teh program from functioning. RThis would also cause an entry in the Event Viewer, that might be helpful. At any rate, as a test, turn off whatever virus scanner or custom firewall you may be using. The Photoshop issue probably comes down to your IT people having blocked access to the default system drive and PS being unable to create its temp file. You can hold down Ctrl+Shift+Alt during program start to set those options immediately. Otherwise talk to your admin.
