Not sure if this is the right place for this issue, but here goes... out of the blue, my product key for the CS6 Master Collection is no longer being recognised and I have been reverted to a 30-day free trial version. Could someone please have a look into this and help me with the issue?

You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Creative Suite 6, also if you have any creative cloud apps installed remove them as well:
To uninstall see, Uninstall Creative Suite | CS5, CS5.5, CS6
Also see, Learn to activate or deactivate Adobe apps.
