Hi all,
This is my first time posting, so please go easy on me, and consider my currently stressed out state of mind!
I purchased Adobe CS6 Master Collection DIRECTLY from the Adobe web site back in 2012. It is a 100% genuine purchase! I have receipts, and it appears in my orders when I sign-in to my Adobe online account. Up until now, it has been working perfectly fine. I only have the suite installed on one computer and I have never shared my serial number with anyone.
So you could imagine my shock this morning when I opened up Photoshop to be greeted with a message saying my serial number had been revoked!
I have used Adobe's online chat support, but they weren't able to fix it due it being a weekend, and now, I have to wait until Monday to get this sorted.
I am beyond stressed! I depend on Adobe programs for my livelihood and cannot afford to re-purchase or move to Creative Cloud.
Does anyone know if there have been similar situations to mine? I am so stressed now. I am worried that Adobe won't be able to fix it on Monday and will force me to re-purchase, which is not fair or just, considering I purchased a perpetual license.

John, I do show that they purchased from Adobe directly. The serial number was invalidated by our piracy team. I don't have any additional details available. This was not a situation of Jordan purchasing a volume license as we have seen in several other public forum discussions.
Jordan, please do follow the process referenced by Kglad in message #1. You will be put in contact with a specialized team who can assist with these type of concerns.

if you were trying to (re)install and saw an invalid serial number message you can be helped via the forums.
but if it really was a revoked serial number message, you'll need to contact adobe - Invalid or revoked serial numbers

Jordan, I am sorry, but I can confirm the Master Collection CS6 Windows serial number that is registered under your account was flagged for piracy. We do realize that you are the victim of this process; please follow the link offered by Kglad in message #1 for steps you can take to gain access to licensed Adobe software.

So how is it possible for that serial number to be marked as pirated?
