I have a Student&teachers version and was happy with it. My older pc crashed and when installing on the new one I got that notification that it's already on a computer. The code is registered. I still need it for education.
I didn't manage to deactive it on the HELP page
Can someone help me to get it deactivated ?

Hi
You'll need to contact Adobe Customer Care to have your activation count reset

This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
Click the following to contact Adobe customer support staff for help:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html
You must be signed in with your Adobe ID and allow cookies in your web browser for this to work.
This is the link to the US website. If you are not in the US, the site should redirect to the page appropriate to the region associated with your ID.
Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session. Typing AGENT into the chat window should connect you directly to a CSR rather than the AI.
If the CSR refers you to the forums, insist on speaking with a supervisor and keep moving up the chain until you get someone who knows what they are talking about.
With respect to the Creative Suites programs, the customer support representative can only help with the number of activations, which is what you need. Be clear with them that the only support you are asking for is a reset of the number of activations for your license.
You can also search for Adobe customer support using your favorite search engine. This will normally provide you with a regionally appropriate phone number that you can use.
Be aware that because of the pandemic, wait times are far longer than usual due to reduced staff and higher demand. Please be patient with the people to whom you speak. Like you, they are feeling a great deal of stress.
Also, beware of scammers who may try to contact you directly claiming to have installable versions of a Creative Suite. There is no legal method to buy those programs and you will be out money and possibly infected with ransomware or malware if you buy from them.
Many of these scammers have the word ADOBE as part of their user names, and they also often have an email address of that includes "adobecares" or use the domain outlook.com. If someone does contact you, use the Report button so their accounts can be deactivated.
