I've found no resolve and the chat bot is useless. Too many people seem to be having this issue. I never changed my computer, I used the apps without a problem 2 months ago. When I tried to sign in with the OLD email I bought it with, it said I had no account. Adobe is forcing clients to run to Affinity if this keeps up. I have a job due this week and cannot spend the time to delete and reinstall the apps as even those people are having problems. Any legitimate fixes out there?

Illostraight, thanks for your concern. Please see https://adobe.ly/3YInm0n for information on how to manage and maintain your remaining activations for Creative Suite 6.
If you need to download a fresh copy of the installation files then see https://adobe.ly/3AFDF6f for details on how you can fetch the files from your account.
Finally, if the software is under an account you don't have access to then see https://adobe.ly/4eroPxW for information on how to request a password reset. ^JW

Thank you for your response. I am beyond frustrated and cannot take the time right now. As soon as I manage to get this job done, then I'll have the time to fool around with trying to get them back. I have NO IDEA why Adobe did this to people.

I sent u a DM to you because the reply wouldn't work before. On one of the links you posted it said your computer has to be updated for security purposes before reinstalling CS6. I'm running Sierra on a 2012 mac desktop and it is considered 'up to date'. So if I deleted PS and AI CS6, would I be able to download the CS6 versions or would Adobe consider my computer unsafe?

Your computer is 8 OS versions behind the current one. Apple doesn't support outdated systems. For security & compatibility reasons, you should really upgrade to new equipment & software.
Does your version of Sierra support secure TLS 1.2 or higher connections? You'll need that to connect to Adobe's servers.

Legacy Creative Suite installers won't run on modern macOSs above Mojave. Also, to get the legacy installers to work requires terminal workarounds. See the help article below.

All that said, there are no guarantees any of this will work. CS6 is unsupported software, and the aging activation servers are not fully functioning anymore. That's the risk you take with old software.
Good luck.

Regardless, it should still work on the computer I originally bought it with. Do they think people want to hack into old CS software? Lots of money to be made wasting their time hacking into that. It's no more than a ploy to get you to subscribe. Affinity!
