Digital Editions authorization and use

Can someone please help me before I lose my mind!  I cannot get my Kobo e-eader to recognize the books from the pubic library.  I searched and tried erasing all downloads, resetting my e-reader, and re-installing the Adobe Digital Editions.  It worked ONCE.  Next time has been unsuccessful AND now it says I cannot authorize my device as I have exceeded the number of times I've tried this.  I can't even figure out how to contact support as it says in the message.

I am beyond frustrated!!!!

Hi,

You can use your Adobe ID on limited mobile devices and machines .I think 5 machines and 6 mobile devices .You need to contact Adobe to reset this .
