Dez melding krijg momenteel bij het installeren van de oude adobe creative suite design standard cs5? Ik heb al op de help-forums gekeken, maar ik krijg de oplossing niet gevonden. Op de Adobe website zie ik dat ik misschien een herstelcode kan ontvangen naar aanleiding van mijn serial number?

Go to https://accounts.adobe.com/ and click Plans & Products on the top bar

-then click VIEW YOUR PRODUCTS on the right to find a list of your programs and serial numbers

your cs5 is an upgrade from a previous version (eg, cs4).

after entering your cs5 serial number you will be presented with a dropdown of qualifying/previous versions.  select the one you own and you will be prompted for its (the previous version) serial number.

enter the correct number at the correct time and installation will complete.
