I have Photoshop CC and Lightroom works fine on windows 32 bit OS, however when I select adobe premier it shows Up to date and navigating me to tutorials. I am sure that it will work only on 64 bit OS. Where I can find the Premier pro CS4 which works on 32bit as per adobe system requirement.

CS4 is no longer sold, your only option is the 32bit version of Premiere Elements

I found Adobe Premier Pro Cs4 and After Effect on Adobe - Creative Suite Production Premium : For Windows : 32-bit CS4 versions of After Effects and A... . however.. It's not supporting .MOV file format.
Any suggestion..
If it works for .MOV I will invest for sure.
Thanks

First, you need to have Quicktime (from Apple) installed to open a MOV file
Second, a "new" MOV file may not work in that old version even if you do have Quicktime installed
Install the free Quicktime player from Apple and see if your file works... if it still doesn't work, I will GUESS that what is inside the MOV file is newer than what will open in that old program
Premiere Elements 14 (see links I provided in my 1st reply) is MUCH newer than CS4 and comes in a 32bit version

I Have a Nikon D750 and it records VDO in .MOV file format. I will check later if it helps, else I have no option other than upgrading my OS to 64 bit.
