Does an iPad count as one of my three devices?

I just purchased a subscription to Adobe CC. I intend to use it on two PCs. However, I also have a lot of the Adobe mobile apps on my iPad and phone. If I was to login to my creative cloud accounts on my iPad and phone, would I not be able to install them on my second computer?

From what I understood on this post:https://community.adobe.com/t5/Get-Started/Limit-on-number-of-devices/m-p/8962544#M391970

You can install Adobe CC on whatever number of computers you want, but only have two of them logged in at a time. Is this accurate? Thanks!
