Does this CC run under Win10? I get an error message whe trying to install

Topik title says it all. cant install: CC stopped working. Bummer, I was well off with the CS versions, but Lightroom unavailibility made me purchase a CC subscription

moved from Adobe Creative Cloud to Creative Cloud Download & Install
