For serial number programs you may download ONLY if you bought direct from Adobe via download
-Log-in to your Adobe account and click this link https://account.adobe.com/products
--click Order history on the left and then the link to your order that will show on the right
--and finally click the link "Downloads and serial numbers" that will appear
---as always, write the serial number in a text file AND copy that text file and the
---download file(s) to an external drive (or two) to be sure you have what you need
-if you did not buy direct from Adobe via download you must find your original install

Direct Download Links https://prodesigntools.com/tag/ddl MAY help
-you MUST do what it says in Note: Very Important Instructions

-the prodesign links go directly to Adobe's file server, so this process will

IF/When you do have a download, be sure to copy it to AT LEAST one external device

Which operating system do you have?
Creative Suite is discontinued & unsupported now. It won't install on macOS Catalina, Big Sur or Monterey. Nor will it be tested on Win11. It's too old.
Assuming you have an older OS that can support it, try this direct download link. It's safe. But Adobe may remove the installers anytime without notice.

Old installers won't work on macOS Sierra, High Sierra or Mojave without terminal workarounds. See the help article below.

Thanks Nancy.
Unfortunately, in this case all roads lead to Rome, which is to say that I end up in an upgrade page.
I am running Windows 10 and it works well. If someone could send me a link that is verified and works, it would be greatly appreciated. I did legitimately pay for it so I believe I deserve to be able to download it. If you don't want to assure the link broadly, you can email me directly at [email removed by moderator as per forum guidelines.]
Thanks in advance,
