Download of CS6 Design Standard has stopped at 1.6 Gb - can I restart it?

Downloading CS6 Design Standard to Mac. Download stalled at 1.6 Gb and hasn't moved for 4 hours. Can I get it to resume? If I delete and start again will the same happen? Mac has no disc drive although I have the disc.

Unfortunately if it got stuck, you wouldn't be able to  resume it. However, you can definitely try again from below mentioned link

It should certainly work unless you do not have any bandwidth restrictions.

I consigned the download that failed to Trash and started again. Same result except it stopped at 1.8 Mb. I have a new, and very expensive, Mac Pro that I can't use because I can't get any real help from Adobe. I have, over the years, spent quite a lot of money on Creative Suite from CS3 through to CS6. Where do I go now? The obvious answer is a change to another firm's software where I can get real support!
