Can't download the entire CC collection as one file like master collection in the earlier versions . there are only options to download single apps from adobe downloader (trial)
as shown in the downloader I have to download a single application one by one
No, you have to install each program separately one at a time. There is no option to select and install applications as a group like you could do in Creative Suite collections.

Do you have a question or are you just indicating an observation you have made regarding how the Cloud interface works?

Click Try next to one of the items in the list will download it as a trial for 30 days. Just because you've subscribed to the entire suite doesn't mean you have to install everything. I have only installed 5 of the products. There's no need to waste hard disk space with things I doubt I'll use.
You have to subscribe to actually use it beyond that, and if your subscription licenses a particular app then the button will say Install instead of Try.
Since different subscriptions will license or not license various items, instead of having a list of all the available subscriptions and an install button next to the one you've purchased, the interface has a list of all available products with a different button next to the ones you're licensed to or not.
I'm sure Adobe wants you to see all the products all the time, so you'll be tempted in signing up for the entire set after trying several that seem interesting.
Once the products are installed, and a new update comes out, there is a link at the top that says Update All so you don't have to click to update each one, individually, but you do have to initially install each one you want, yes.
Adobe's bundles are simplified, now, as well. You can subscribe to a single app for $20/month, subscribe to Photoshop and LIghtroom, specifically, for $10/month, or subscribe to the entire suite for $50/month. Obviously the price of the entire suite is the price of 2.5 apps, so if you want to use three, then having the entire suite is the most cost-effective. If you only want Photoshop then the most cost effective option is the Photography Plan even if you never use Lightroom.
