Downloaded the app says installation complete try to launch app nothing happens any ideas please.

I have downloaded the trial app of adobe photoshop but the app launch fails to launch! any ideas please.

Is there any error messages that shows up when you launch the app, if yes please mention that or attach a screen shot it.

NO ERROR MESSAGES OR ANYTHING I CLICK ON IT BUT NOTHING HAPPENS. INSTALLATION COMPLETE CLICK  LAUNCH APP BUT LITERALLY NOTHING.

Please mention the version of Photoshop you've installed and also mention the operating system of you computer.

Hi Sally,

Photoshop CS6 will not work on Windows Vista as it is not compatible,please check the system requirements in the below link:

System requirements | Photoshop

This is the reason the app is not launching.

Hi Sally,

You can use Adobe Photoshop CS6 but on a different Operating System, Windows Vista is a non supported Operating system hence you'll not be able to use Photoshop on this.
