I've been running perpetual PS 11.0.2 for years. latest on a Windows 10 computer which doesn't meet requirements for Windows 11. I've bought a new Windows 11 computer and would like to know if my PS can be reinstalled on the new one? I'd like to keep it because my usage doesn't warrant a subscription.
Any help would be appreciated.

You need to ask program questions in the forum for the program you are using
To ask in the forum for your program please start at https://community.adobe.com/
Moving from Using the Community (which is about the forums) to the Install forum
1 - DE-activate on the old computer
2 - install and activate on new computer
NOTE - I don't know the age of Photoshop 11 but it MAY not be possible to activate
The CS2-CS3-CS4 activation servers have been removed from service

BarDip, thanks for posting your question. Please see https://adobe.ly/3VIiQxR , which discusses how to download most registered non-subscription software titles from your account on https://adobe.ly/41LVxqC.
I would also recommend bookmarking https://adobe.ly/4m8ALJ3 for information on how to activate Creative Suite 6 and other Adobe software titles in 2025. ^JW

My version is CS4 which is no longer supported. Does Adobe have an Indie subscription or perpetual version? Thanks

Adobe doesn't offer an Indie Subscription.
They offer an educational subscription:
