Hello! I just purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Pro Student and Teacher Edition. I don't know how to find the product to download on my account, it seems not to be there. So I tried to license the trial version I have on my computer with the product key I got in the email. But then it is not possible because I tried a Swedish version. The version I bought was only possible to buy in English so there is a mismatch between them and nothing happens. The service is terribly bad, I have been in phone que both yesterday and today for one hour, it seems impossible to come through.
Can someone help me?
