I can't find a way to report a bug!!!! Edit payment is BROKEN! I get this message: commerce.adobe.com’s server IP address could not be found.

what were you doing when you encountered the "error".
if you were trying to edit an individual subscription payment method, use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

What I was doing: Under Adobe accout, under Billing and Payment, I clicked "Edit billing and payment."
Usually if it's a cookie issue there will be a message specific to cookies. Just t be sure, I changed setting to allow cookies from adobe.com, refreshed the page, and ... I get the same results: after spinning and giving me the frownie face, adobe says "Something went wrong." I allow popups, and there was no message that said 'popups blocked.'
I REALLY think this is a tech issue that can be confirmed by doing what I was doing: click to edit payment method.

I think it's a typo. You should read "support".
Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

Thanks, I will try the phone#. Popups are working, but it hust spins and now I get this message too: commerce.adobe.com’s server IP address could not be found.
It really should not be this hard to get tech support for a website issue!
