I've tried most of the solutions: antivirus, command promp, security permissions, updating cloud, trying to download the program apart from cloud and I'm still unable to install the program. So far it only happens with photoshop since I was able to install illustrator.

I can't believe that I had to look for this instead of getting direct support from Adobe, this is common on the free/libre software, not when you pay a monthly fee, I have fixed the issue with this response, but I feel like I'll start looking for other solutions where I can get help from a support team.

Hello Rodrigo, What did you do to fix this? I'm using Windows 10 and my downloads keep going to 10% and sometimes up to 38% then I receive the same error, 146. I tried everything from even turning off my firewall - I'm not a tech guy at all, but that just seems like a really stupid thing to do. Please help! Thank you, Mark.
