Error 193 during installation

program tells me cannot be installed as system that is 32 bit. Unfortunately it is a brand new Surface Pro X with Windows 10 and 64 bit. I have even reinstalled windows but still same problem. Same issue with other programs (like steam).

Surface X Pro can't run modern 64-bit software unless it is specially made for ARM instead of Intel. You have unsuitable hardware. Most other Surface models were fine.
